Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking a roll-off dumpster with Reliable Dumpster Rental LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and environmental compliance rules.

1. Rental Period & Weight Limits

Standard rentals include 7 days on-site and the agreed tonnage specified at booking. Additional days and excess weight beyond agreed limits will be billed at standard local rates.

2. Prohibited Materials (NC DEQ & EPA)

Strictly prohibited: hazardous waste, wet paints, chemicals, vehicle batteries, motor fuels, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, and freon units without certified evacuation tags.

3. Driveway Protection & Property Access

Customer must ensure a clear, unobstructed path for roll-off delivery trucks. Reliable Dumpster Rental provides certified timber runner boards for surface protection.
